Lactation Locations: Monday Night Trivia at BellaBru Cafe

When my parents were in town, we took them to one of our favorite local restaurants and arrived to learn it was Trivia Night.  We love a good pub quiz, but assumed we wouldn't make it through all 20 questions since certain small people have such inconveniently early bedtimes.

But we managed to make it through the first half because I was able to keep her quiet, interested, and happy by making sure she was able to enjoy a meal at the restaurant as well.  I don't think my dad loves this whole boob-out-in-public-thing, but I think he also really like trivia night.

As usual, I didn't use a cover-up and no one said a word to me.  And also as usual, I didn't notice if anyone gave us weird looks because I don't look for weird looks from anyone else.

  1. I can't believe how quickly I stopped caring about breastfeeding in public and anyone else's reaction to my keeping my child alive. It's also nice to think of it as a public education campaign. To the ladies: "Use 'em if ya got 'em." And to men, "Breasts are so awesome they can not only arouse, but sustain life as well. Consider what your penis may have accomplished recently and then show a gal a little respect, will ya?"
