Tell me doctor, is there a cure?

I run AdSense on this site - clearly because I expect to make enough to quit my job, har har - but I noticed this ad running today. I didn't click on it, but I think it's pretty funny on its own:

I mean, there's just so much material there it's hard to know where to start . . . .
